QAS for Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is an address capture solution for use within Microsoft CRM. It provides the ability to capture a full, correct address for any of the supported countries as quickly as possible, pasting it directly into the underlying application.

The solution is available for Microsoft CRM Sales and Microsoft CRM Customer Service applications, and has been integrated into all versions, including the latest release V4.0.

Additional information, known as DataPlus items can also be returned with addresses, for example location or geo-demographic information.

Platform availability

QAS for Microsoft CRM is available on Windows Server 2003 Standard, Enterprise or Web Editions.

Technical support

The QAS for Microsoft CRM solution has been developed in-house by Microsoft Certified developers and has since been certified by Microsoft. The solution is fully supported by QAS Technical Support teams.
