SendRight Address Accuracy Programme

If you mail to addresses in New Zealand you need to be aware of the new changes to the New Zealand postal system.

New Zealand Post has established a new SendRight Address Accuracy programme, which is to encourage use of correct New Zealand address information. From 1 July 2008, New Zealand Post will require compliance with the new SendRight™ standards for bulk mailing discounts.

The Experian QAS suite of products is SendRight™ certified by New Zealand Post and can help your organisation's address data to achieve SendRight™ standards.

The Experian QAS Batch software solution matches your New Zealand address data with the New Zealand Post Postal Address File (PAF). After a validation and correction process, your organisation is then issued with a Statement of Accuracy (SoA).

From 2008, New Zealand Post will require all bulk mail lodgements to be accompanied by a SoA and will link price discounts to the level of address accuracy achieved.
