Why must I return confirmation of the renewal?
We will not automatically renew your licenses. We ask for confirmation to be returned to us to inform our finance team that you wish to renew the licenses and require an invoice.

No, GST will be added to the invoice that follows.

How do I make changes to the software licenses I currently hold?
Any changes to your needs can be discussed with your Customer Account Manager throughout the year. Experian QAS require at least 30 days notice of termination or any changes to your renewal prior to the next renewal date, in which case such termination will be effective on the next renewal date. Please advise your Customer Account Manager or another member of your account team as soon as possible.
