Matthew Glasner - General Manager of Experian QAS

Matthew is General Manager of Experian’s Data Integrity Division in Australia and New Zealand. He is responsible for leading the strategic growth and development of Experian QAS, the company’s contact data management products and services division.

Matthew also manages Experian’s Data Integrity initiatives and growth strategy across the Asia Pacific region.

In this role, Matthew has led the launch of 12 Experian QAS product lines and has grown the business in APAC by more than 20 per cent.

Prior to this role, Matthew was Head of Sales for Experian QAS in APAC. In this position, Matthew directed the Division’s channel program and managed its direct sales and customer care operations.

Matthew also initiated a vertical market strategy, coaching and recruiting specialist sales teams in Experian’s key markets including government, telecommunications and financial services. During this time, Matthew was responsible for aligning Experian’s Data Integrity product strategies to these vertical markets.

Before working for Experian, Matthew was a business development manager at CSC. Prior, he held a business development position at leading UK telecommunications company, Cable & Wireless.

Matthew has a BA Hons in Engineering from Birmingham University in the UK.
 


Frank McKenna - Senior Product Manager - APAC

Frank McKenna has over ten years Australian and international experience in the IT industry, focusing on management information systems and product management.

Frank is the Senior Product Manager APAC for QAS, responsible for managing the QAS product portfolio in the APAC region. Since his appointment in March 2007 he has launched two new products for the Australian and New Zealand market and negotiated the first strategic product reseller agreement for the APAC region.

Before his role in APAC, Franked worked in the QAS London office, first as the Service Desk Manager, before being rapidly promoted to the role of Senior Product Manager for the Sector Solutions team. In this role he was responsible for managing the full product lifecycles of key vertical product portfolios, negotiated key contracts with UK government departments and developed a five year strategic roadmap for key verticals.

Prior to joining QAS, Frank was the Systems Operations Manager for Pricewaterhouse Coopers in Dublin, Ireland. He managed a nine person team responsible for all network operations for PwC in Ireland. He oversaw the administration, maintenance and upgrade of a complex eighty-server network servicing 1,800 users in 11 offices nationally.

During his career, Frank also held technical and network advisement roles with International Networking Solutions in Melbourne, Australia and Aetna US Healthcare in San Francisco, US.

Frank holds a Bachelor of Science, Management from Trinity College Dublin and a Master of Business Studies, Management Information Systems from University College Dublin.
